那天
去了grandparents's cell group
感觉不一样




很多时候
年轻人的话题是充满期待
对未来的希望
很多时候
我们都会说希望得到这个
以后希望可以变成那个

结婚生子再变老
对我们来说
是很远很远的事





对已经过了生命一半的他们
也是一样很远很远

所以我们聊天
很多时候
他们终是说在你们这年纪时
我疯狂了
认识了她
结婚了
工作了
现在变阿公阿媽了







看着他们诉说人生时
眼神的感触和回忆
让我感谢老天
世界对他们很好
应该活了没有后悔的一生












时代的变迁
人类在进步
但是思维却被困在自己的世界



对的知识让人明白世界
但自己要懂得认清对的知识
就是这个世界最大的挑战












我身为food scientist
我身位nutritionist
我身为人类







听了他们说
因为上网看到了报道说
牛奶有毒
牛奶是让人类得到癌症的原因





让我想哭也想笑





所以静静的听了整个对话
很想很想说
你们不懂
但是还是静静的听了














人类最大的缺点是
终是站在一个角度看世界
这里看到的山是高
但我站在那
看到的山也不过还好

there is a reason for us to add chemical into the milk
most of the reason is to preserve it
other may be to enhance its flavor or nutrients



lets imagine the world without chemical
all the food have to eat within days
how big the tong sampah have to be to put in all the unfinished rotten food?
how rich the farmer have to be to survive the rugian of throwing the food that -have- rotten -before -it -have- sold away?


i understand the need to decrease the non natural ingredient in the food
but there is more things to think about
we have to stand on different angles to see the bigger picture



as a nutritionist
milk is definitely one of the best calcium source
and it is so important for the elderly to consume calcium to strengthen the bone
 
the reason for the people to get cancer
is more than just eating bad food
environment
stress level
bad lifestyle 
even the gene in our body does the trick too



so tell me
how and why
you can blame milk for the increasing of people having cancer!



education
education saves us from being a fool.
